Amazing!

Everything has been outstanding from any maintenance request submitted to all of my interactions with the office! I moved here from out of state and during my transition, the staff was very accommodating and simply amazing! I cannot recall ever hearing a peep from any of my neighbors and only an occasional bark from a dog outside. Hands down, this is absolutely the best decision I could have made!

Fantastic Place to Call Home!

We have been residents for 5 months and are very impressed! First, the units are filled with top notch amenities and beautiful colors schemes. The staff and community are extremely friendly, helpful and fun! If you are looking for a place that makes you feel as if your living in a home, The Quarry is that place. We are happy to call The Quarry our home!

I was a long time home owner.

I am loving the carefree life of apartment living. Everything is brand new.I like that the attached garage has extra room for storage.

Great for kids and pets!

The Quarry is great for kids and pets. I'm very happy here. The Quarry staff is very friendly, particularly to my son. Out of all the places I've lived, the Quarry staff is the most friendly to my ten year old son. He knows their names and talks to them when he visits the clubhouse to get complimentary hot chocolate. The Quarry is great for pets. There are green spaces all throughout the complex and numerous complimentary doggie bag stations, which are always stocked, making it easy to clean up after pets. The amenities are great. I use the workout room daily and I like that the conference room and clubhouse are available for projects, meetings, and parties. I've lived here January through March - my son and I are excited for the pool and hot tub to open. Lots of other great things to say - it's conveniently located - 1 minutes from the freeway, maintenance staff responded the next day to my one request, it's quiet at night so I can sleep well, lots of guest parking.

Best decision we ever made.

Having recently sold our condo, we were greatly impressed with what the Quarry had to offer. Since moving in one month ago, my wife and I have been extremely pleased with the staff, our apartment, and the beauty of the complex. We would highly recommend living here.

Best Apartment/Community in the Area!!

I have lived at the Quarry apartments for almost two years and it has been exceptional. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to the residents and the apartments. I really enjoy the location. It is peaceful and quiet but also very convienent to Dewitt and the highways that lead to any part of Lansing. The apartment design is amazing. I love the kitchen and fireplace in my apartment. The Amenities - pool, workout facility, hot tub and fire pit are awesome. It was also very important for me to have a home that welcomes pets. The Quarry is a very pet friendly community and that is a top priority on my list of must haves. I made such a great choice when I decided to move into this community and I really feel at home in the Quarry.

Great place to call my home!

Over the last year I have truly enjoyed calling The Quarry my home. The staff is extremely friendly and amazing. The location, amenities, events and community are great. I truly feel welcomed and appreciated as a resident.

New Resident

My husband and I have been at The Quarry now for a month. Our experience from the move-in to now has been excellent. The staff is very helpful. The facilities are well cared for and we were pleased at how quiet it is. It's a great location for us and our dog. Plenty of area to take him for walks and to have doggie pick-up bag stations throughout the grounds is very helpful in maintaining a clean environment for everyone! It would be nice to have a fenced area where pets could be off leash for some quality play time, but that's a personal wish list. Would highly recommend The Quarry!

The Quarry is a Awesome Place to live!

Beautiful units, very comfortable. The amenities are top notch! The high-speed internet is one of my favorites! Pet friendly, great neighbors, excellent location. Love the pool, fitness center and the clubhouse. Great job, DTN!
