My daughter and I moved in about a month ago and it's even better than we expected. Super quiet- can't ever hear our neighbors. ... Nothing is perfect, but The Quarry is close
So glad we discovered The Quarry after what seemed like an endless search for the right apartment community. We have lived ... here now for 16 months. We love the layout of The DeWitt, our apartment style. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet. I can't say enough good things about the office and maintenance staff. They are super responsive to all requests. All are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Each request I have made has been handled within a day. Most recently the complex was having new mulch placed around the community. I sent a request to be sure we received some and the complex maintenance staff did it the next day. I could go on with more, but you get the idea. Definitely a great place to call home. And our dog loves it too! The Quarry is awesome and takes care of their residents. The staff is friendly and responsive. Just the other day I called ... the office for a maintenance request because part of my garage door was hanging off. Within minutes (and just before the office was closing) one of the guys was there. I told him I wasn’t expecting anyone until tomorrow because of the time. He said he was afraid my car might’ve been stuck in the garage and wanted to make sure I’d be able to get back out. A Great Stop-Over
Our family of four moved to The Quarry while looking for a house in the DeWitt area. We were nervous at the prospect of apartment ... living, especially with two small kids in tow, but we couldn’t have been happier with our time here. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are top-notch (especially the pool and playground), and the location can’t be beat. The term “luxury apartments” gets thrown around a lot, but these apartments truly are; they’re quiet, well-appointed, and smartly laid out. Even with a ground-level unit, we were surprised how little noise we heard from our neighbors. The newer portion of the complex (where we lived) has attached garages, which was a godsend for storage. Despite how nice the apartments are, the thing we liked the most was the location. It *SO* convenient to be two minutes from the highway, and still within walking distance to the area schools, parks, and trails. We’re thrilled to have found our “forever home”, but we’ll miss our time at The Quarry. I’d gladly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to live! I moved to The Quarry in March, 2015, from Ann Arbor, and enjoy living here. I love the amenities! (Have you seen the clubhouse?!) ... It’s a gem tucked away from the busyness of Lansing yet, with easy access to hwy’s, you can be in the city in a few minutes. Great for kids and pets!
The Quarry is great for kids and pets. I'm very happy here. The Quarry staff is very friendly, particularly to my son. ... Out of all the places I've lived, the Quarry staff is the most friendly to my ten year old son. He knows their names and talks to them when he visits the clubhouse to get complimentary hot chocolate. The Quarry is great for pets. There are green spaces all throughout the complex and numerous complimentary doggie bag stations, which are always stocked, making it easy to clean up after pets. The amenities are great. I use the workout room daily and I like that the conference room and clubhouse are available for projects, meetings, and parties. I've lived here January through March - my son and I are excited for the pool and hot tub to open. Lots of other great things to say - it's conveniently located - 1 minutes from the freeway, maintenance staff responded the next day to my one request, it's quiet at night so I can sleep well, lots of guest parking. I have lived at the Quarry apartments for almost two years and it has been exceptional. The staff is wonderful and very ... attentive to the residents and the apartments. I really enjoy the location. It is peaceful and quiet but also very convienent to Dewitt and the highways that lead to any part of Lansing. The apartment design is amazing. I love the kitchen and fireplace in my apartment. The Amenities - pool, workout facility, hot tub and fire pit are awesome. It was also very important for me to have a home that welcomes pets. The Quarry is a very pet friendly community and that is a top priority on my list of must haves. New Resident
My husband and I have been at The Quarry now for a month. Our experience from the move-in to now has been excellent. The ... staff is very helpful. The facilities are well cared for and we were pleased at how quiet it is. It's a great location for us and our dog. Plenty of area to take him for walks and to have doggie pick-up bag stations throughout the grounds is very helpful in maintaining a clean environment for everyone! It would be nice to have a fenced area where pets could be off leash for some quality play time, but that's a personal wish list. Would highly recommend The Quarry!
